Condition Assessment; Condition assessments provide clients with a third-party evaluation of asset physical condition and operational deficiencies. This information is used to prioritize and plan for repairs, refurbishments, and replacement. 

​Operations and Maintenance Plan Development; An overall assessment of practices and procedures provides clients with a snapshot of current performance. This information is used to confirm service levels and identify opportunities for improvement.

Policies and Procedures Development; Effective policies and procedures have a direct impact on performance and reliability by establishing consistency.

Training and Development; Onsite facility O&M training ensures that staff training is pertinent to their job functions. Hands on process control training helps ensure that staff understand the mechanisms that create various process conditions. Understanding these mechanisms allow staff to effectively monitor, maintain and adjust the treatment systems they operate. Training is typically eligible for continuing education credits towards Oregon Operator certification.

Facility Planning and Design Technical Support; Gather technical and historical information, provide application assistance, conduct alternatives analysis, and facilitate decision making.

Design and Construction Support; Identify O&M constraints and develop mitigation plans to ensure maintenance of operations during construction.

Start Up and Commissioning Support; Effective start-up includes contingency planning and development of standard procedures. Commissioning support establishes performance measurement and troubleshooting guidelines.
